It’s time to Pop and Lock! The perfect accessory for tearing it up on the dance floor, this bandana-style cowl is sure to stay put while showing off your moves.  Worked flat on the bias, only one color is worked at a time, making this a great project for beginning and experienced knitters alike. After the final stitch has been bound-off, the flat edges are seamed together using mattress stitch to complete the round neckline.
