New Year – New Pattern!  I’ve just released my first pattern of the New Year. I’ve been working on it for awhile and I’m so thrilled to finally be able to share it with you! The shape of this shawl is unique, it starts out much like a top down sweater (so if you’ve always wanted to learn this technique but aren’t quite ready to make a sweater this might be just right) it sits just right on your shoulders making it pretty and functional. No need to wrap it around your neck to keep it in place (although it does wrap around if you need the warmth). It’s designed to compliment the 600 yard skeins from Twisted Owl (Lux 600) and Emma’s Yarn (Hella Hank), two of my favorite dyers, but you can use your favorite fingering weight yarn. The pattern is simple to adjust, just continue the repeats to use up every bit of two 100 gram hanks. You could even use two different colors or a fun gradient pack! Let the creativity begin!

Of course the pattern is half off right now on Ravelry. Check it out below and use the links to find the pattern and the yarn!
