A little bit about the pattern! Coral Moon is a DK-weight ¾ length sleeve sweater, constructed in a unique way with a memorizable all-over stitch pattern. It’s the perfect Zoom knit! The sleeves are knit into the body meaning once you are done you are done! No sleeve island.
The name, Coral Moon, comes from the annual meeting of Triton’s daughters in The Little Mermaid and Heather is making the COOLEST bags to match because we are going to need a new knitting bag to carry around our next project while wearing our NEW SWEATERS! We were both torn between Pink and Black, Barbie Mermaid or Emo Mermaid…which to choose! Heather found the perfect fabric for either choice! As of this newsletter, neither of us has 100% decided which direction we are headed … it’s going to be a cast-on-day decision, we both have the yarn for either and will reveal our choices to each other at the first Zoom meeting!
Of course, we are using Emma’s Yarn Simply Spectacular DK or Emma’s Yarn Drapey DK for our sweaters but you can join us no matter what you are using.

Am I still eligible for prizes if I don’t finish by October 15?
Yes! Everyone who signs up here will be entered in for prizes.
Do I have to use the same yarn?
No! Feel free to order your favorite DK or stash dive. Everyone is welcome.
I’m in the middle of another project and don’t want to knit a sweater, Can I just come hang out and knit during the Zoom sessions?
For sure! The more the merrier. If you just need to carve out some knitting time and want to hang with us, we would love to have you!
