Appalachian Baby Design Kits Tassel Cardigan

This hooded cardigan topped with a classic tassel is knit with an exceptionally beautiful “knit below” stitch.

The kit contains a detailed pattern, four balls of sport weight (776 yds), naturally pure organic cotton yarn, five U.S. wooden buttons (with instructions on how to handpaint–or leave natural!) buttons and a handmade tassel, everything except the knitting needles–US# 6 recommended. Gauge: 9 stitches=2″, 14 rows=2″.

The pattern is written for an experienced knitter and the pattern is sized for a 12 month, 18 month or 24 month sized cardigan.
