Totally Bodacious Set KAL July 27th

It’s time for a Knit Along! Come into the shop on July 13th and 27th from 2-4pm for camaraderie and pattern support as we knit the Totally Bodacious Hat & Cowl by Laura Dobratz.

The Totally Bodacious Hat and Cowl are classic, quick to knit, beautiful on everyone, comfortable to wear, soft, warm and all the things you want for cooler weather! Designed in Emma’s Yarn Bodacious Bulky, this set is squishy soft, feels amazing and has great stitch definition.

The tall version of the cowl is large enough to pull up over your head and still cover your neck, and the short version is the perfect neck warmer with or without a cowl. These both work up super quickly, making them perfect for last minute gift giving (or making a bunch for the family!).

Yarn Requirements:

• 2-3 Skeins of Bulky weight yarn – we recommend Emma’s Yarn Bodacious Bulky! Yardage is dependent on which version of the cowl you make. The hat requires 1 skein & 1 for the shorter cowl, 2 for the taller version.

Needles and Notions

• US size 8 (5mm) or size needed for gauge for the hat ribbing
• US size 10 (6mm) or 2 sizes larger than other size for main part of hat and the cowl
• Stitch markers

We suggest you come early to purchase any yarn necessary, or order online ahead of time, so there is time to wind it. Can’t wait to see you there!
