Hostess with the Mostest is perfect for hosting parties or guests or gifting to your favorite party host. The pattern includes 3 sizes plus instructions for adjusting (for maybe matching placemats). I’ve used a limited-edition Pima Cotton from Emma’s Yarn, which is a fingering weight, held double (I love a good marl); however, a sport or DK weight cotton held single is a good alternative too.

25, (50, 75) yards of DK weight yarn (or 2 strands of fingering weight held double)
US Size 3 (3.25 mm) knitting needle.
